Estimates provided verbally, in writing, or through our online contact form are good-faith approximations based on the information available at the time and are subject to confirmation upon on-site inspection. Final pricing is always approved by the customer before work begins.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointment windows are estimates. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of delays. Cancellations should be made as early as possible so we can offer the appointment to another customer.

Workmanship Guarantee

Labor performed by 5 Star Plumbing Bakersfield is covered by our workmanship guarantee for the period disclosed at the time of service. Parts are covered under applicable manufacturer warranties. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, unrelated pre-existing conditions, or work performed by other parties.
